Details: The library has added an embedded quiet space (silent cabin) as a featured space, providing a quiet and soundproof space for temporary telephone conferences, video conferences, and discussions in the library, protecting readers' privacy and avoiding disturbing other readers in the library. There are single cabins (1-2 people) located in the lobby on the first floor, and double cabins (2-4 people) on the east platform on the third floor. They are open for use without reservation and can be used anytime.

Details: This is the second batch of seats opened after the pilot program in December last year. This time, 6 double cabins and 1 single cabin have been added. The library's silent cabin adopts an approval free reservation system, which can provide readers with functions such as communication, reading, learning, and discussion. In less than two months of last semester, the number of successful reservations for two four person silent cabins was close to 500; In just over a week since the launch of the new batch of silent cabins, there have been 150 successful reservations. The cabin is equipped with power interfaces, exhaust fans, safety hammers, SOS buttons, smoke detectors, etc. The interior and exterior are made of zero formaldehyde emitting materials. In the future, the library will also add more silent cabins and expand their functions in Zixiao and the school campus.
